WAUKESHA — Oconomowoc senior Anderson Hayes gave up just two hits en route to a complete game shutout as Raccoons baseball beat Classic 8 Conference rival Waukesha West 9-0 on Wednesday evening at West High School.

Hayes dominated Wolverine hitters, striking out six and allowing just one extra-base hit.

Senior shortstop Ryan Belawski had a massive day at the play for the Raccoons, going 4-for-4 with a double and three RBIs. Junior first-baseman Ryan Brennecke also had a big day, going 2-for-3 and driving in a pair of runs.

On the Wolverines side of the ball, junior Tanner Kalinowski registered both hits for West, including a double.

Oconomowoc moves to 9-4 overall and second place in the conference at 6-1. West falls to 8-5 overall and is in fourth place in the conference at 3-3.
