The fast, casual restaurant chain Crisp & Green will be opening a location in Waukesha and another in New Berlin, although exact locations and dates are not yet available.
If you are a salad lover, the restaurant has nine to choose from on its menu ranging from the seasonal C’est La Viche with mixed greens, citrus and garlic shrimp, pickled onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, roasted corn, lime squeeze, blue corn chips and jalapeño lime vinaigrette to No Prob Cobb with spinach, kale, roasted chicken, jalapeños, tomatoes, queso fresco, egg, avocado, bacon, lemon squeeze, and jalapeño green goddess dressing. Customers also have the option to build their own salad. Other menu options include grain bowls, smoothies and acai bowls.
