Donna Mae R. (nee Ihlenfeld) Beistle

Donna Mae R. (nee Ihlenfeld) Beistle, age 86, passed away Saturday April 27, 2024.
Donna was born May 24, 1937, to Lester and Lillian (Nee Hintz) Ihlenfeld in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Donna Mae attended Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Grade School and West Bend High School. She worked at Amity Leather, West Bend Co. and Broan Manufacturing. Donna drove a milk truck with her husband and later did the bookwork until she retired. Donna married Eldon Beistle on September 15, 1956, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Allenton. Together they lovingly raised their two children, Daryl and Eileen. Donna greatly enjoyed reading, word search, cutting the lawn and crocheting. She also had a love for her summer flowers on her back porch.
Donna is survived by her beloved children Daryl (Donna) Beistle and Eileen (Richard) Klink; grandchildren, Mathew Beistle and Jenni (Kyle) Opetz; great-grandchildren, Mason Opetz and Harper Opetz; sister, Ruth Janz and brother, Robert (Mary) Ihlenfeld; brother-in-law, Edward (Pattie) Speath; and sisters-in-law Bernice Kedinger, Loretta Hackbarth, and Arlene Justman. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Donna is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Eldon J. Beistle; parents, Lester and Lillian Ihenfield; parents-in-law, Edward and Agnes Beistle; sister, Berdell Orlebeke; nieces, Judy Ellenbecker and Linda Kovacherich; brothers-in-law Harold Justman, Floyd Hackbarth and Kenneth Kedinger, Melvin (Darlene) Beistle.
Mass of Resurrection for Donna will be celebrated Thursday, May 2, 2024, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 4886 WI-175, Hartford, WI 53027, with the Very Reverend Father Richard Stoffel officiating. Family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 9:00 -11:15 am. Immediately following services, committal will be held in the church cemetery.
